Loyal customer for 2 yrs This is a very clean & beautifully decorated salon. I have been getting my hair cut at Alesandras for almost 2 yrs. The ladies in the hair salon are very sweet & they always offer me a drink before my services. My usual hair stylist is Sabrina but I have also used Elizabeth -they are both WONDERFUL. I stayed a loyal client even after I moved from Boynton to Pompano b/c I loved the way the ladies cut my hair & I appreciated the friendly atmosphere. I had to switch to Elizabeth for a couple of my visits b/c Sabrina was on maternity leave & now I alternate b/w them b/c I like them both. On my 1st visit w/ Elizabeth I was not informed that she was a different level therefore a higher cost so they kindly charged me the rate I normally paid w/out a problem. I cannot understand why others claim they have had a bad experience & gave a poor rating. I can honestly state that I am HIGHLY satisfied w/ this salon & will continue to be a regular client.
